Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Marcus Cole websites:
- marcuscole.me - this website.
- members.marcuscole.me - the member portal, where products are purchased and accessed.
By using either, you agree to these terms.
Who we are
Marcus Cole is published and operated by QANT Pty Ltd (ACN 088 738 943), registered in Australia. Questions: marcus@marcuscole.me.
Not medical, legal, or therapeutic advice
The writing, tools, and practices offered here support men going through divorce, loneliness, and starting over. They are not medical, psychological, therapeutic, or legal advice, and are not a substitute for care from a qualified professional - see a counsellor, doctor, or solicitor for your situation. If you are in distress or crisis, please contact a doctor or a local crisis service.
Content & intellectual property
All writing, audio, images, and designs on this site are the property of QANT Pty Ltd (ACN 088 738 943) unless otherwise noted. You may read and share links freely; you may not republish or resell the content without permission.
Products & purchases
Products are purchased and accessed through the member portal at members.marcuscole.me. Purchases and billing are handled at checkout there, with payment processed securely by Stripe.
The Keep - your data and your key
The Keep is a zero-knowledge vault: content you store is encrypted with a key only you hold, so neither we nor the platform can read or recover it. You are responsible for keeping your key safe - if it is lost, the data cannot be recovered by anyone. You control any third-party share you create and may revoke it at any time. The Keep is a tool for organising and sharing your own information; it is not legal advice or a legal filing service.
Our guarantee
We’d rather you feel certain than locked in. If you buy something here, give it a fair try, and find it isn’t right for you, email us within 14 days and we’ll refund you in full. You don’t need to explain why.
Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from inside the member portal. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be billed again.
This sits alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which we don’t limit.
Acceptable use
Please use the site lawfully and don’t attempt to disrupt it or misuse the contact form. We may restrict access where necessary to protect the site and its visitors.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site evolves; the “last updated” date reflects the latest version. See also our Privacy Policy.
