No. Clear helps you think straight and decide what is next; it is not counselling or medical advice, and it will not pretend to be. If you are in danger, contact local emergency services.
Is it a subscription? Do I need an app?
Yes, monthly or yearly, and you choose which at checkout. Either one renews until you stop it, and you can cancel any time from your account. Your plan includes a monthly credit allowance for the coach, and you can see what is left in your account. No app to install. You sign in on the web, on any phone or computer, and Clear is there from the first day.
